This tip combines a superior casting & long lasting carbide and our automated TriMetal® brazing process.
We use a more expensive Investment Casting Process to make the high chrome tip. This process gives a much smoother surface finish than sand casting. It eliminates porosity and surface cracks caused by other processes which can leading to premature cracking.
Field tested and approved. Our tips work as hard as you do.
